| Boris Krueger Owner | Proprietor I moved to Western North Carolina in 2008. While my background and degree are in tourism management I recognized the great opportunities in this area for construction and property management. I have since built a successful construction and maintenance business. Property management and the construction business often go hand in hand. When the opportunity was presented to take over POA Support, I recognized the potential and benefits of combining the two businesses. This combination allows us to provide a more hands on approach to property management with quick problem resolution. POA Support, Inc. began its journey as a property management company with two associations in 2009. Currently, we manage eight. Starting slowly and adding clients with careful thought has allowed us to provide the associations we manage with the best possible service.
